Hello Family!

How is everything? The house flooded... again?! Thats crazy! We helped some non-members move stuff out of there flooded basement this week, and we got to keep some stuff so needless to say... our apartment is looking sick now! i hope everythings alright. so Molly and Grant are graduated now huh? and they got to do it together? how cute. :) Tell mckay hi for me! its crazy to think that school is done for them now! also tell him i got their package! it was the greatest!

So! last weeks Zone P-Day was the best! we went out to St. charles and before we met up with the zone, me, my companions, and two other elders from our district went and played frisbee golf at lindell(?) university. It was so fun! im going to buy a disc and we are going to play again today! (but not all the way up in st charles) Last week i did pretty good... minus the time i was literally 6inches away from busting someones window hahaha some old lady next door watched it happen, so when i went to go get my disc she yelled at me and said it was to windy to play... you know, old people stuff. Later we met up with our zone and we cooked hot dogs and hamburgers and played sand volleyball and football. it was awesome!

Lets see... this week it rained a bunch! and it pours here! not as much as the week before but im grateful we had a car so we didnt have to walk in it everyday. On tuesday we got to go to the temple with Elder Lewis and right after that he went to the mission home and left the next morning. so he is gone and now its just me and Elder Gallegos. The temple was beautiful (as always) and guess what... i lost my patriarchal blessing there! haha so i put it in my pockets and when i changed out of them and put them in the hamper i forgot to take it out! Luckily when the AP's came to get us, one of them needed to get some garments at the distribution center next door, so i had time to figure out what had happened and so i ran out of the van and went back into the temple where the 1st counselor helped me find it. so we're good and now i know to check my pockets everytime!

Later in the week we had an exchange with some of the other missionaries and i finally got to ride a bike while tracting and stuff! I exchanged with Elder Smith and he has a way nice like $600 trek bike! i was tearing it up on that thing!!!! It was tight!!!

So i got McKays and Lindseys package! And it was the best! I woke up that day and i dont, but i was feeling down and just not feeling it and i knew it was going to be a terrible day and it was. (because i made it that way) So after a loong day, i was hoping for some mail to cheer me up. We open up our mailbox, and i got nothing. So whatever right? then i look down and i see a package at the front door! "To Elder Jones!!" and i lost it!! It was the greatest EVER!!! ill be writing them soon, but in the mean time tell Mckay Thank you for me!
